We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Executive to help us grow and expand. You have the chance to be one of our first team members, working together closely with our founders and scientists and experience hands-on how to scale a successful start-up. Our founding team members consist of specialist doctors, management consultants, and Ph.D. qualified scientists.
You will be at the forefront of everything business-related for HeHealth. The remit is broad and exciting, including working to bring to life our products, developing marketing plans and partners to onboard the first group of users globally, setting up the office and establishing the team in Singapore, and enhancing the operation of the business, position, or reputation etc.
About the Role
Conduct research to identify user needs and potential market opportunities.
Develop a growth strategy focused both on user gain and user satisfaction.
Develop and manage marketing partners and building relationships with relevant parties.
Collect data, user feedback, and market research, and use that to inform product development.
Collaborate with the company's engineers to ensure the product fits the needs of the users.
Prepare contracts, agreements ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
Being the face of HeHealth at conferences and events; must be comfortable presenting in front of anaudience.
BSc/BA in business administration, marketing, sales or relevant field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Technologically savvy: comfortable using various online (e.g. cloud productivity suites, digital marketing tools etc.) and digital offline (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) tools.
Passionate in new technology such as AI (artificial intelligence) or prior entrepreneurial experience is a bonus.
