HeHealth App and related services
For individuals who use the HeHealth App and any related services, we may collect information from you or from your use of the HeHealth App. This may include:
Information you submit to us: (i) information used to create an online account, such as user ID, password; and (ii) information regarding any images or conditions which you submit to the HeHealth App; and (iii) information you voluntarily provided us when responding to surveys and questionnaires.
Information we automatically collect: we collect general statistical information relating to your use of the HeHealth App including, but not limited to, log data and usage information (collectively “Traffic Data”). Traffic Data is anonymous information which does not personally identify you, but which may be used for improving your experience using our Services. Traffic Data may be provided to third parties.
We also process the images you submitted and store it compliant to HIPAA. We may also use it anonymously for our future studies.
Professional applicants (i.e. Doctors) may be asked for additional information, including, but not limited to, full names, emails, addresses, professional license and certification information, and payment-related information.
Other Personal Information may be requested in certain circumstances.
Use of information
HeHealth may use, share, transfer, or disclose your PII and/or usage statistics, itself or in conjunction with third parties, for payment processing, fraud prevention, customer service, research, and to tailor HeHealth’s content and services to its users’ needs. HeHealth may share your PII with any parent company, subsidiaries, joint ventures, or other companies under common control.
Data privacy and security
We use security procedures and technical and physical restrictions for accessing and using the personal data on our servers. Only authorized personnel can access your personal data. We take such steps as are necessary for the circumstances to ensure that any third party service providers treat your data securely and in accordance with applicable laws. Data are stored and secured according to HIPAA compliant guidelines. All data that you provide through the App and/or the Website is encrypted when it is transferred to or from the servers. The cloud server infrastructure is protected using firewalls and monitoring.
If you have reason to believe that your interaction with us is no longer secure, please contact us immediately using the contact information. HeHeath cannot guarantee the security of your PII or any other information provided over the Internet and will not be responsible for breaches of security. We will retain your Personal Information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which that Personal Information was collected and as otherwise permitted or required by law. We may delete or otherwise dispose of any or all of your Personal Information, whether stored electronically or in paper form, at any time without notice.
Children privacy protection
Our service can only be used when you have reached the age of eighteen (18) years or when you are older. When we identify personal information of children younger than eighteen (18) years old, we shall delete the data based on our legal obligations.
